What areas in Bergen County do you serve?

1

I work with clients throughout Bergen County, NJ, including Wyckoff, Ridgewood, Mahwah, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock, Hawthorne, Midland Park, Allendale, Ramsey, and Oakland. Sessions take place in your home or in public locations nearby. If you’re outside Bergen County, reach out — I may still be able to help, or refer you to someone who can

Do you use positive reinforcement?

2

Yes. All of my training is force-free and grounded in modern behavior science. I don't use shock collars, prong collars, leash corrections, or "dominance"-based methods. Positive reinforcement isn't a marketing label — it's how dogs actually learn, and it's the foundation of every session I run, from puppy basics to complex behavior modification.

Do you work with reactive or aggressive dogs?

3

Yes — behavior modification for reactive, fearful, and aggressive dogs is my primary focus. These cases require a slower, more individualized approach than basic obedience training, and they're often the dogs most other trainers turn away. I'll always be honest with you about what your dog's case is likely to need in terms of time and consistency, and I'll refer out if it's beyond my scope. and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

How much do dog training sessions cost?

4

Private sessions are $40 for 30 minutes or $75 for 60 minutes, for both puppy training and behavior modification. A 30-minute decompression walk can be added to any session for $25. The first step for new clients is to fill out the Request a Consultation form on the Contact page — once I know a bit about your dog and what you’re working on, I’ll send pricing details and next steps tailored to your situation.
